The Benefits of Mixed Classes
At GT Wrestling Club, we intentionally structure our classes to include a mix of ages and skill levels. Here’s why:
Younger wrestlers can learn from and be inspired by their older, more experienced teammates
Advanced wrestlers can hone their leadership and coaching skills by mentoring newer athletes
Training with a diverse group prepares wrestlers for the variety of opponents they’ll face in competition
Mixed classes foster a tight-knit, supportive community where everyone is invested in each other’s success
We believe that training together, regardless of age or experience, provides valuable opportunities for growth, camaraderie, and skill development. Our coaches are dedicated to creating a challenging yet welcoming environment where every wrestler can thrive.
Private Lessons
In addition to our regular classes, we offer private lessons for wrestlers seeking more individualized coaching. Contact us to discuss availability and pricing.
