Open the Team Hub

Sign in with the email you gave the club. No password — we email you a 6-digit code. New here? Sign in anyway and a coach will approve you.

Put it on your phone

Installed, it opens like a regular app and can send you practice alerts. Takes about a minute. Follow the column for your phone — the steps are different.

iPhone & iPad

  1. Open the Team Hub link in Safari — not Chrome. On iPhone, only Safari can install it.
  2. Tap the Share button (the square with an arrow pointing up). It's at the bottom of the screen on iPhone, top-right on iPad.
  3. Scroll down the list and tap Add to Home Screen, then Add.
  4. Close Safari. Find the new Team Hub icon on your home screen and open it from there.
  5. Sign in inside the app: enter your name and email, then type the 6-digit code from your email.
  6. Tap You at the bottom and switch on Notifications. Say yes when your phone asks.

Most common mistake: tapping the link in the code email. That signs you in to Safari, not the app. Always type the code into the app itself.

Android

  1. Open the Team Hub link in Chrome.
  2. Tap the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner.
  3. Tap Add to Home screen — on some phones it says Install app. Confirm.
  4. Find the new Team Hub icon on your home screen and open it from there.
  5. Sign in inside the app: enter your name and email, then type the 6-digit code from your email.
  6. Tap You at the bottom and switch on Notifications. Say yes when your phone asks.

Samsung? If you use the Samsung Internet browser instead of Chrome, the menu is the three lines at the bottom-right, and the option is Add page to → Home screen.

After you sign in for the first time you'll see a waiting screen. A coach approves every family by hand — that's what keeps the hub private to the club. Leave the page open and it lets you straight in the moment they do.
